Tuhannen Tarinan Talo is located in Kannuskoski, Luumäki, between Lappeenranta and Kouvola.
IIn summer Maatilamatkailu Tuhannen Tarinan Talo will also open its premises to individual visitors again. For an entrance fee, you can visit the farm animals, the local forest and throw a Frisbee on the 6-hole Frisbee golf course suitable for older children and families. The whole yard and its equipment are at your disposal.
Coffee, refreshments and baked goods are also available during farmyard's opening hours.
The House of a Thousand Stories is home to rabbits, chickens, sheep, goats, ducks, a dog, a horse, a pony and a donkey. You may also catch a glimpse of the house cats, if it suits them that day. The animals can be petted under the guidance of the house staff.
During the activities, you can enjoy a snack in the house of a thousand stories, on the terrace and in the courtyard.
The petting zoo and the area of the House of a Thousand Tales will open in Summer 2024 again. Children under 2 years free.
At other times, the area is reserved for private groups and guests who stay overnight.
Preferably book your tickets in advance here in the online shop. Please remember to stay at home if you have flu symptoms. In case of illness, you can come on another day with your ticket. In case of illness, please contact us to reschedule your ticket for another day.
